Usagi Yojimbo Artwork

Usagi was a popular comicbook character created by Stan Sakai way back when. The character was a real bad ass. A lone swordsman on warrior's pilgrimage.

To read up more about him, click here.

He was done up for a friend's birthday and was a lot of fun to do. I was short on time so the backgrounds were done quickly but I was happy with them both.

No disrespect to the original, but I created my own version of Usagi and dug how the head turned out. Hope you all like it. Until next time, enjoy!

70 CUTE AND CHEEKY VECTORS @ VECTORTUTS...

I know, I know. It's been awhile since I have posted anything, and to be honest, it maybe awhile before I post anything again. So until then, enjoy this little tidbit.

One of my pieces was featured on a site shining a light on vector animal images and characters. My particular piece that was picked was based on the daily chuck section of the wildly popular Dooce blog by Heather B. Armstrong. If you have a few hours to kill, her blog is a great read, even if you don't happen to be a parent.

Click here and let me know if you can spot mine piece out from the others.

And another thing, my wife just finished a new shirt featuring one of my animal graphics!

To learn more or if you wish to buy it, you can find it here.

Thanks for reading and until next time, enjoy...
