IF: DETACH

From a Hellboy story line where these demon's head detached from their bodies and tried to devour him. Good stuff.

Now this one is truly twisted and it hails from my Filipino heritage. This is a sketch of the fabled Aswang. These creatures, which are only of the female gender, have the ability to sprout wings and separate from their lower torsos. They only travel at night in search of pregnant women's organs to sustain them. Creepy.





And this one is an IF catchup. It was originally for the theme of "poof" but I didn't make it in time. Below are two versions of the same character.

My original concept that uses the old genie fable, but with a hip hop twist to it. In my version, the genie lives in an old beat up boom box that was purchased at a pawn shop by some young aspiring artist/musician that couldn't afford an ipod. Still developing the story so stay tuned.
