Lovely drawing - great expression - you'd think he'd be happy with wings - he can get the cats in the trees now.
I like that you left it kind of rough. Gives it more life.
What a cute little unhappy buzzy feller.
Somebody thought well let's give the dog a shirt with some wings instead of a leash and then he will let out himself. But now he can't find it's way home anymore and that's why he looks so unhappy isn't it?
